Our official warranty covers all performance failures caused by original material or manufacturing defects, while excluding physical damage, improper operation, and adverse environmental conditions.

As an origin laser tube manufacturer committed to transparent and fair commercial terms, our free warranty policy is structured into two clear categories:

1. Covered Under Free Factory Warranty (Original Quality Defects)

  • Vacuum & Gas-Seal Integrity: Spontaneous internal vacuum seal degradation or structural gas leakage occurring under normal, specified operating conditions.

  • Factory Power & Beam Instability: Abnormal power output attenuation, unstable TEM00 spatial mode, or discharge flickering directly caused by internal raw material flaws or gas mixture defects.

  • Electrode & Internal Optical Failures: Discharge electrode breakdown, internal catalyst failure, or abnormal light emission stemming from manufacturing or factory sealing flaws.

2. Excluded from Free Warranty Coverage (Exclusions & User Responsibility)

  • Physical & Handling Damage: Cracks in the quartz glass envelope, surface mirror/lens scratches, or mechanical shock deformation resulting from improper unboxing, installation, or transport.

  • Improper Ancillary Equipment Use: Damage caused by unapproved high-voltage power supplies, insufficient water chiller flow, inadequate thermal dissipation, scale buildup, or incorrect wiring.

  • Environmental & Operating Violations: Corrosion, optical contamination, or thermal shock damage resulting from exposure to excessive ambient humidity, corrosive gases, dust, or frozen water jackets.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Disassembly, structural alterations, or third-party repairs conducted without prior written authorization from our factory engineering team.

  • Over-Duty Normal Wear & Tear: Natural power loss occurring beyond standard duty-cycle ratings or continuous over-current/over-power operation.
