Since 2005, he has been deeply involved in the industry’s technology; in 2015, he took over project operations; in 2017, he was appointed production manager; and in 2022, he assumed overall management responsibilities, serving as a key figure in technical management and witnessing Hengkuai Laser’s steady growth.

Joined the company in 2024 and has focused on establishing high-power production lines and introducing new technologies. Led the implementation of new production lines and process iterations, significantly enhancing the competitiveness of high-power products and empowering the company to expand into new market segments.

Joined the company in 2020 and has been responsible for the production and technical improvement of high-power beam-combining products. Loyal and dedicated, he works tirelessly and without complaint, using his solid hands-on skills to continuously optimize processes and ensure stable delivery of the high-power product line.

I joined the company in 2017, shortly after its founding, and initially worked on the technical front lines. In 2020, I transferred to the quality management department. Drawing on my solid technical background, I helped develop technical standards for various positions while overseeing incoming and outgoing inspections, strictly enforcing quality control to build a robust defense for product quality.
